Complete loss of control on ice! Traction control failed me. 😢
UGH! First accident in 27 years of driving! Fuck. My baby got crushed.
Just a warning, I was sliding downhill on ice for 4+ seconds. Tried everything to stop. Traction control did not engage. I even tried to jump the curb and hit a snow bank. Just bounced off.
Low speed collision. No airbags! < 15kmph. Managed to hit car at red light not head on but corner. Crushed front end.
Been driving rear wheel drive sports cars all my life on snow and ice and track. But feel like all the regen braking with traction failed me. Couldn’t control.
Maybe we need to disengage regen on snow and ice??!!
